Art direction & editorial design for the brand new book of French chef Stéphane Reynaud, whose restaurant « Oui mon général! » got freshly awarded « Best Parisian bistro » for the third time.
The book showcases 200+ classic bistro recipes structured like a day at the bistro (7am omelette, 11am oysters...), images shot by Marie-Pierre Morel and features focus pages: either elevating not-so-attractive iconic bistro ingredients or revealing some of the best-kept bistro cuisine tricks (cutting cheese, opening oysters…).
