Art direction & editorial design for 'In situ' book, by Michelin-starred chef Mathias Marc. From a wooden table to a Michelin-starred cuisine. the chef grew up in a family of lumberjacks, in a small village of the Appenans forest, in France.
Marc's 1* restaurant Substance is a playground to highlight his roots and the inspirations behind his dishes: the forest, the river, the pastures and the vineyards. 'In situ' is an exploration trip in his region, through recipes.
